Week 3: Cooking Demonstrations

This week we are learning how to prepare fiber-rich entrees and snacks. We will provide a cooking demonstration for baked ziti with vegetables, southwestern wraps, and black-eyed pea and sweet corn salsa (recipes found under High-fiber Recipe tab). When the demonstration is over everyone can try the entrees and snacks. While enjoying the food, groups will be broken down into smaller breakout sessions where you can discuss the recipe you have chosen to make for next week’s party. Also, you may ask any questions you may have for the instructors.
